Works

The Works page is a collection management hub for AI-generated content. Images, videos, and music generated in chat, once you click "Save", appear here for convenient centralized browsing, organization, and retrieval.

Access: Left navigation Works (route /works).

Difference from Templates

ConceptPurpose
WorksFinished products after generation (actual image / video / audio files)
TemplatesPresets of generation parameters (for quickly initiating new generation tasks)

Think of works as a finished product collection folder, and templates as a recipe handbook.

Three Types of Works

Switch between tabs at the top of the page:

  • Image Works — Collected AI-generated images
  • Video Works — Collected AI-generated videos
  • Audio Works — Collected AI-generated music

Each tab independently maintains its own list and filter state, with total count displayed at the top.

Process for Saving Works

  1. Use AI to generate images / videos / music in chat
  2. Select "Save" on the generation result
  3. Work appears in the corresponding type's tab

Unsaved generation results remain in the original chat session but don't enter the works page.

FAQs

QuestionAnswer
Can a deleted work be recovered? No. Works removed from the collection cannot be directly recovered, but the original generation record remains in chat history.
Where are work files stored?Stored in the app's local data directory, uniformly managed by the backend's canonical media registry (deduplication, reference counting).
Why is the works list empty? You need to generate content in chat first and click "Save"; unsaved content doesn't enter the works page.
Can I manage works in bulk?Current version only supports single card operations; batch operations are still in planning.
